Garden Media Guild Awards 2025

My second time photographing the Garden Media Guild Awards at the Savoy Hotel, London.

The reception room has one corner of gorgeous natural light, but the dinner hall has tricky, ever-changing artificial lighting (red one moment, green the next so skin tones are quite vibrant!). Editing the gallery takes a lot longer than the shoot itself, but capturing all the fun makes it worth it.

I love capturing the variety of the afternoon — from candid guest moments to the sponsor’s winners shots in this iconic London venue. Below is a small selection from the gallery of over 400 images.
