Join us for a hands-on workshop designed to help you feel more confident creating professional looking images (and video) using your phone camera. Whether you’re photographing products, food, gardens, artwork or behind the scenes moments.

During the day

We will:

  • Look into the settings that can be changed on phones - so you help take better images and video

  • Learn about different types of light and how to work with them effectively

  • Practice a wide range of composition techniques to create stronger images

  • Experiment with backdrops, lighting, composition, and simple props to tell a visual story

  • Understand when and how to use artificial light, diffusers, and reflectors

  • Use easy-to-follow free editing apps to refine and polish our images

This workshop is suitable for all phone cameras - no matter the model or age! You’ll also receive printed workshop handouts covering the key concepts, so you can continue practicing after the day ends.
